Pair of soft silicone flanges, designed to increase comfort and output*. Designed by 2 exclusive expressing, MIT graduate mums in the USA.
These flanges need connectors to work - these can be your existing connectors or can be added on as an option for $19.95/pair. Note - wide connectors fit Spectra/Pumpables bottles and backflow protectors, narrow neck flanges fit old style Medela tubing^ and standard narrow neck bottles (you can make these work with Spectra breast pumps by adding 'Spectra back flow protector to Medela flange adapter')
Note on sizing - some users have commented that the measurements may not be correct and that they are larger than stated. The measurements are correct, but because the flanges are made from a soft silicone they are flexible and allow for extra movement. It may be best to go down a size (eg if you are currently using 16mm, go down to 15mm). Sizing should be based on the best fitting regular flange you have tried (if you have only used a 21mm or bigger you probably need smaller, see above)

Note regarding stock - I sell these items online and in person. Sometimes items sell out quickly. Please check the product description carefully - there will usually be a note at the top, in bold, if an item is going to be out of stock for more than a few days and its ETA.
Note regarding postage - I understand how keen you are to get your items, most orders are sent out by the next business day. Choosing Express does not mean the processing will be any faster - orders are processed in the order they are received and as quickly as possible. Sometimes items go out of stock before I have a chance to update the website - I will do my best to email you within 2 business if an item you have ordered is out of stock - sometimes if I know that stock is arriving soon I will not email.
AusPost has suspended their express post guarantee and for some places it may take longer than normal for items to arrive. Express is still faster than Standard shipping. You should receive an email once the item is shipped with a tracking number - if you do not receive an email within 2 business days of placing the order, please contact me.
